Overnight.

Day 2: Casablanca to Rabat – From Coastal Energy to Imperial Elegance

After breakfast, begin your day with a guided orientation tour of Casablanca, Morocco’s dynamic economic hub and a city that blends modern flair with historical depth.

Drive with your driver through the charming Habbous Quarter, known for its traditional architecture and artisan shops, and stop for photos at the Royal Palace gates, showcasing classical Islamic design. Continue through the upscale Anfa district, once home to European diplomats, and make an exterior visit to the Hassan II Mosque, dramatically perched over the Atlantic and one of the largest mosques in the world, with its intricate tilework and towering minaret.

Following this, travel north to Rabat, Morocco’s serene and sophisticated capital city, where you’ll embark on a curated tour beginning with the Oudaya Gardens — a peaceful oasis of Andalusian-inspired design overlooking the Atlantic. Pause here for a refreshing tea and Moroccan pastry break with scenic sea views. Continue on to admire the Royal Palace of Rabat (exterior), and explore the hauntingly beautiful Chellah Necropolis, an evocative site of ancient Roman ruins intertwined with medieval Islamic tombs and overgrown flora. Enjoy lunch at a carefully selected local or international restaurant, followed by check-in at your luxury hotel in Rabat. The evening concludes with dinner at a refined local venue, where Moroccan hospitality and cuisine are presented with elegance.

Overnight in Rabat, surrounded by the quiet grandeur of this historic city.

Day 3: From Imperial Gates to Sacred Streets – Meknes & Fes Cultural Immersion

Today offers a deep dive into Morocco’s imperial legacy and spiritual soul. After breakfast, depart Rabat and head inland to the lesser-known but deeply atmospheric Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Often referred to as the "Versailles of Morocco," Meknes offers a blend of grandeur and authenticity. Take a walking tour through its historic Medina, where you'll admire the monumental Bab Mansour gate, stroll past olive markets, and explore the traditional souks filled with brassware, textiles, and spices. Continue your journey toward Fes, Morocco’s oldest and most culturally rich city a UNESCO World Heritage site and spiritual capital of the kingdom.

Upon arrival, begin your guided cultural immersion in Fes el-Bali, the 9th-century walled medina that feels like a living museum. Wander through narrow, winding alleys where donkeys still transport goods, and centuries-old mosques and madrasas (Islamic schools) hide behind ornate wooden doors. Visit Al Quaraouiyine University, considered by many to be the oldest existing university in the world, or the Medersa Attarine, a masterpiece of zellij tilework and carved cedar. Along the way, observe skilled artisans in action — tanners dyeing leather in giant stone vats, weavers working ancient looms, and potters shaping and glazing Fassi ceramics using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Stop for lunch at a traditional Moroccan restaurant tucked inside the Medina, where you’ll savor dishes like beef with prunes, chicken with preserved lemon, or vegetarian couscous, accompanied by fresh bread and mint tea.

In the afternoon, take a short scenic excursion to Ifrane, a surprising alpine town nicknamed “The Switzerland of Morocco.” Known for its clean streets, red-roofed chalets, cedar forests, and cool mountain air, Ifrane offers a complete contrast to the bustling Medina  ideal for a refreshing walk or photo stop.

Return to Fes in the early evening and check in to a refined riad, where traditional Moroccan design meets comfort and elegance. After a chance to freshen up, enjoy dinner at your riad or a nearby gourmet restaurant, reflecting on the day’s rich cultural encounters. Overnight in Fes, surrounded by centuries of history and timeless tradition.

Day 4: Across the Middle Atlas – From Fes to Marrakesh via Azrou, Ifrane & Beni Mellal

Today, your journey continues through the heart of Morocco as you travel from the spiritual depth of Fes to the vibrant energy of Marrakesh, passing through some of the country’s most stunning natural landscapes along the way. After breakfast, depart Fes and begin your scenic drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains, a region known for its diverse terrain from snow-capped peaks (in winter) and cedar forests to lush valleys and hidden lakes.

Your first stop is Ifrane, a charming alpine town often called “The Switzerland of Morocco” for its clean streets, steep-roofed chalets, and European flair. Take a short walk through the town, snap a photo with the famous stone lion statue, or enjoy the crisp mountain air. Continue through the Middle Atlas, a lesser-visited region that offers a glimpse into authentic Berber life, with views of traditional homes, sheep herds, and dramatic hillsides.

Stop in Beni Mellal, nestled at the foot of the mountains, for a refreshing lunch at a local restaurant. Surrounded by olive groves and near the lush Ain Asserdoun Spring, this is a perfect place to pause and enjoy the slower pace of rural Morocco. Depending on timing, you may have a chance to visit the Kasbah Bel-Kush or enjoy panoramic views of the plains stretching southward.

After lunch, continue your journey through changing landscapes — from forested hills to arid plains before reaching the captivating red city of Marrakesh in the late afternoon. Upon arrival, check in to your luxurious Riad or five-star Hotel, where a warm welcome and a tranquil setting await.

In the evening, enjoy dinner either at your accommodation or a carefully selected local restaurant, where refined Moroccan flavors are served in an ambient setting perhaps with live music, candlelight, or rooftop views over the Medina.

Overnight in Marrakesh, where the city's legendary blend of history, art, and atmosphere begins to reveal itself.

Day 5: Immersive Marrakesh – Gardens, Palaces & the Living Medina

Today is dedicated to exploring Marrakesh, the legendary “Red City” and Morocco’s cultural heartbeat, where centuries of history meet vibrant daily life. Begin your morning with a visit to the Menara Gardens, a peaceful retreat with olive groves and a reflecting pool set against the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Continue to the Bahia Palace, a 19th-century masterpiece of Moroccan architecture adorned with intricate tilework, carved cedar ceilings, and lush courtyards. Then, head to the enchanting Majorelle Garden, an exotic botanical sanctuary bursting with vibrant blues and rare plants, once owned and restored by fashion icon Yves Saint Laurent.

Enjoy lunch at a luxury restaurant, offering refined takes on Moroccan classics in a stylish setting perhaps in a Riad courtyard or modern rooftop terrace.

In the afternoon, dive deep into the soul of Marrakesh with a guided walking tour of the Medina, one of the most iconic and storied old cities in the Arab world. Wander through labyrinthine alleys lined with spice merchants, leather artisans, and silversmiths, each corner offering a new sensory discovery. End your walk at the world-famous Jemaa el-Fna Square, where the city truly comes alive at dusk — with street performers, storytellers, henna artists, and the rhythmic sounds of traditional music echoing into the night.

For dinner, indulge in a traditional Moroccan feast at an atmospheric local restaurant, complete with live entertainment  perhaps Andalusian music, belly dancing, or Gnawa rhythms.

Overnight in Marrakesh, surrounded by the city’s irresistible energy.

Day 6: A Taste of Morocco – Culinary Traditions & Return to Casablanca

Enjoy a relaxed morning at your Riad, or for those seeking a deeper connection to Moroccan culture, take part in an optional hands-on cooking class hosted in a traditional home or local cooking school. Under the guidance of a Moroccan chef or host family, learn to prepare signature dishes such as chicken Tagine with preserved lemon, fresh Moroccan salads, or pastilla  all while discovering the stories, spices, and techniques behind each recipe.

Sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor over a home-cooked lunch shared with your hosts  a heartwarming and flavorful highlight of your journey.

After lunch, begin your drive back to Casablanca, passing through ever-changing landscapes as you return to the Atlantic coast. Arrive in the early evening and check in to your comfortable hotel.

In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner either at your hotel or at a scenic seaside restaurant, where you can toast to your journey with stunning views and a final taste of Moroccan hospitality.

Overnight in Casablanca, preparing for your departure.

Day 7: Farewell Morocco – Departure from Casablanca

After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to Mohammed V International Airport for your departure flight. Take with you the vibrant colors of the medinas, the warmth of Moroccan hospitality, and the unforgettable flavors of your imperial journey.
